Day 1: Srinagar to Kargil via Zoji La (220 km / 8-9 hours riding)

• Start from Srinagar, ride through scenic Sonamarg – last major town before Ladakh.
• Cross Zoji La Pass (3,528m) – dramatic gateway with narrow roads, steep gradients.
• Stop at Drass War Memorial (second coldest inhabited place) – tribute to Kargil War heroes.
• Ride along Suru River through changing landscape from green to barren.
• Arrive Kargil town, bike inspection after first challenging riding day.
• Overnight: Hotel in Kargil.

Day 2: Kargil to Leh via Mulbekh and Lamayuru (220 km / 8-9 hours)

• Visit Mulbekh rock-carved Buddha, navigate Wakha gorge’s narrow sections.
• Stop at Lamayuru Monastery in moonscape terrain – photography opportunity.
• Cross Fotu La (4,108m) and Namika La (3,718m) – practice high-altitude riding.
• Photo stops at Magnetic Hill, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Indus-Zanskar confluence.
• Arrive Leh for acclimatization before higher altitude rides.

Day 3: Leh Sightseeing – Thiksey, Shey, Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace (80 km)

• Acclimatization ride to Thiksey and Shey monasteries on smooth roads.
• Visit Shanti Stupa and Leh Palace, easy riding for altitude adjustment.
• Hall of Fame Museum visit, final preparations for remote areas ahead.
• Bike maintenance check: Tires, brakes, chain lubrication, oil levels.
• Evening: Route briefing for Nubra Valley expedition starting tomorrow.

Day 4: Leh to Nubra Hunder via Khardung La (120 km / 6-7 hours)

• Ride up Khardung La (5,359m) through 34 hairpin bends – iconic pass crossing.
• Photo session at summit, experience thin air and cold temperatures at extreme altitude.
• Thrilling descent into Nubra with dramatic landscape transformation.
• Visit Diskit Monastery and 32-meter Maitreya Buddha statue with valley views.
• Ride to Hunder sand dunes, optional camel ride, explore village on bike.
• Overnight: Camp in Hunder, Nubra Valley.

Day 5: Hunder – Day Trip to Turtuk or Siachen Base Camp, Return Hunder (140 km round trip)

• Option A – Turtuk: Ride to last Indian village near Pakistan border (70 km each way).
• Option B – Siachen Base Camp: Ride to world’s highest battlefield (70 km each way).
• Experience border roads with military convoys, strategic checkpoints, unique culture.
• Challenging terrain with river crossings, narrow mountain roads requiring focus.
• Return to Hunder for rest, bike cleaning after dusty border roads.
• Overnight: Camp in Hunder.

Day 6: Nubra to Pangong via Shyok Route (160 km / 7-8 hours challenging riding)

• Ride along Shyok River – mix of paved sections and rough gravel roads.
• Navigate multiple river crossings (seasonal), narrow gorge sections with loose gravel.
• Pass through remote villages: Khalsar, Shyok, Durbuk, permit check at Tangtse.
• Arrive at Pangong Lake (4,350m), first view of spectacular blue waters.
• Evening lakeside ride along accessible 7 km stretch, sunset photography.
• Overnight: Camp at Pangong Lake.

Day 7: Pangong to Hanle via Chushul (140 km / 6-7 hours off-road riding)

• Morning ride along Pangong’s southern shore via Man and Merak villages.
• Stop at Rezang La War Memorial near Chushul – historic battle site.
• Challenging ride through Changthang Plateau – off-road sections, high-altitude terrain.
• Navigate rocky patches, river crossings requiring technical riding skills.
• Arrive at Hanle (4,500m), visit monastery and Indian Astronomical Observatory.
• Overnight: Homestay in Hanle.

Day 8: Hanle – Mig La Expedition, Return Hanle (150 km round trip extreme altitude)

• Early start for Mig La – world’s highest motorable road attempt.
• Ride through uninhabited Changthang wilderness on rough mountain roads.
• Reach Mig La Pass (5,798m/19,024 ft) – world record achievement moment.
• Celebration at summit, official signboard photos, extreme altitude experience (limited time).
• Careful descent back to Hanle, rest after riding at world-record altitude.
• Overnight: Guest House/Homestay in Hanle.

Day 9: Hanle to Tso Moriri via Sumdo (150 km / 7-8 hours)

• Ride across remote Changthang Plateau through Sumdo and Nyoma villages.
• Navigate high-altitude terrain with nomadic settlements, wildlife sightings (Kiang, marmots).
• Cross streams and rocky sections, pristine wilderness riding experience.
• Arrive at Tso Moriri Lake (4,522m), visit Korzok village and monastery.
• Evening lakeside ride, bird watching, sunset over turquoise waters.
• Overnight: Camp at Tso Moriri.

Day 10: Tso Moriri to Leh via Chumathang (220 km / 8-9 hours)

• Morning ride around Tso Moriri, cross Polokongka La (4,930m) with panoramic views.
• Stop at Chumathang hot springs for relaxation after days of challenging riding.
• Join Leh-Manali highway at Upshi, ride along Indus River back to Leh.
• Arrive Leh by evening, bike return preparation, expedition completion celebration.
• Evening bike return, final inspection, security deposit settlement.
• Documentation completion, damage assessment if any.
• Evening: Final night in Leh, celebration dinner with fellow riders.
• Overnight: Hotel in Leh.

Day 11: Leh Departure – Bike Handover

• Transfer to Leh Airport for departure flight.
• Tour concludes with world-record altitude riding achievement.
